About the Author
Fabiola Baughman is a Peruvian-born shamanic healer, storyteller, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. She lives surrounded by sacred landscapes between the high mountains and lakes of Peru and the Sierra Nevada of the United States. A chakaruna, or bridge person, she walks between worlds to guide others into deeper harmony with nature, spirit, and self. Through sacred journeys, energy healing, and her acclaimed film Journey to the Heart of the Andes, she helps people remember who they are and why they came.
